MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM3866 is a capacitor–less / ultralow quiescent current 200mA LDO. This IC can have stable behavior without Input/Output capacitor. Therefore the number of external capacitor is reduced. The IC can be better low quiescent current and load transient by bias boost circuit. The small package PLP-4C (1mm x 1mm) is ideal for mobile applications.
